Hey Jersey was set to Q tonight but was feeling under the weather so I volunteered to Q her beatdown. She sent it over to me and off I went.  I was excited to see Healthy Mama drive in as she hasn’t been able to attend in a while.  The weather was great with a slight breeze.  We did some stretching and jumped into the circuits.  We did each circuit 3 times and then took a lap.

Circuit 1

15 pushups

20 squats

1 min bicycle crunches

Circuit 2

30 second side plank each side

20 lunge sets

15 donkey kick sets

Circuit 3

1 min plank

1 min high knees

20 alternating arm & leg extensions

We did a big lap at the end and ended with a few stretches before COT and name o rama.
