I knew we would have a small crowd this morning with it being the day before a holiday, but there were 4 of us at The Union to get things done right.

We started out with some basic stretches to get the blood pumping and then got straight to it. I did this workout last month and Caliente was bummed that she missed it so knowing she would be here today I decided to try it again.

COMBO HIITS

5 minute sets-2 combo exercises each set, 45s work 15s rest for 4 minutes, last minute is burnout 30s Exercise 1 straight into 30s Exercise 2, then run a lap between sets.

We were still only able to complete 4 of the 6 sets that I had and then finished up with a parking lot lap and got to stretch for a minute. 

Set 1 – Burpee Broad Jump / Shuffle Back

Pushup / Shoulder Tap

Set 2 – Dumbbell Swing / Goblet Squat

Situp/Reverse Crunch

Set 3 – Plank Jack / Mountain Climber

Squat / Overhead Press

Set 4 – Inchworm / Renegade Row

Calf Raise / Lateral Raise
