Rose are red, violets are blue, this rain sucks, now I need new shoes. Whole Coconut came up with this as we were enjoying the rain during our beatdown. We are so tired of the rain, everything is flooding but that didn’t stop 2 other PAX from meeting up with me and getting it done.

The Thang:
I found some corny Valentine’s sayings that were matched with exercises on Pinterest. I tweaked a few and added some of my own for today’s beatdown.
- When I hear your lovely voice I sit up and listen – 20 big girl sit ups
- Rose are red, violets are blue, sumo squats are fun so I’ll do 50 for you – 50 sumo squats
- With you by my side I believe I can fly – 25 chest flies
- My heart skips a beat every time I see you – skip to end and back, do 5 pushups & do again
- My tummy goes tight when I think of you – 30 lbcs followed by 20 oblique crunches each side
- Life without you would be unbearable – 30 bear squats
- Love makes the world go round – 20 around the worlds
- Together we climb every mountain – 50 sets of mountain climbers
- You’ve wormed your way into my heart – 10 inchworms
- You make my heart all aflutter – 25 sets of flutter kicks
- You are my superman – 20 supermans
- Together we reach for the starts – 30 star jumps
- You tie my heart in knots – 40 pretzel crunches
- You light my fire – 25 sets of fire hydrants

We had time at the end two spell out 2 Valentine’s words with 25 of each:

We followed with COT and then ran back out into the rain to start our day #bettertogether.
