I had 3 PAX join me this chilly morning to end the year off right with a countdown to the new year. 2019 was a pretty awesome year for me personally & FiA was a big part of it. I’m super excited to see what 2020 has in store for us all. I have a feeling this year is going to be even more amazing!
We started with a warm up that included arm circles forwards, arm circles backwards, toy soldiers, through the tunnels, and jumping jacks. We then got to work doing our thang.
We started with a countdown that included 10 different exercises. We did 10 reps of 10 exercises then dropped an exercise (starting with number 10) & dropped a rep for 9 reps of 9 exercises. We continued this pattern until we got to 1 rep of exercise 1. We ran to the second light post & back after every other round.
After the countdown we did 20 reps of 20 ab exercises. To accomplish this we did 2 rounds of the following 10 ab exercises:
- Flutter Kicks
- Hello Dollies
- Pretzel Crunches
- In & Outs
- Toe touches
- Imperial Walkers
- Raggedy Ann’s
We finished with one more run & some stretches then circled up where I shared a New Years prayer. We concluded with Name-O-Rama & well wishes for a Happy New Year.
