It was so good to be back at the Valley again! I’ve been hit or miss there since virtual schooling started.
I decided that for this workout we should celebrate National Homemade Cookie Day…..only without cookies. Sorry ladies. We did 6, 6-minute cookie sets, each exercise for 12 reps, rinse and repeat for 6 minutes. I tried to get creative with the names, as the picture of my board suggests. These were crunchy cookies, as evidenced by the crunches appearing in every set.
