Whew! These ladies moved and grooved to a full body, Latin fusion dance routine today! We performed to roughly 10 songs with Zumba-style coordination.
I am so proud of everyone for doing their best to follow the moves. Even when they got stuck, they kept moving (and smiling). We had so much fun, and left the arena sweaty from a productive workout!
