Y’all, can we just talk about the humidity for a minute? Lol I am still happy to see 7, I mean 5 PAX join me today for a little game of cards. Love and switchback had to leave just as the workout began so we were down to 5. We took turns drawing a card and doing the workout that went with the card. Pretty simple. Don’t forget to Mark your bingo box!

Cards 2-10 are the reps

hearts – merkins

diamonds – American pie sit ups

clubs – bear squats

spades – raggedy Ann’s

All jacks – 11 Peter parkers

All queens – 12 boat/canoe

All kings – 13 lunges

Ace – roll the dice and do that many burpees

we had a couple minutes left so we did a Sally challenge with plank to downward dog
