BackBlast:
I was so excited to be back home and working out with my FiA sisters. We can all check off the Deck of Death bingo box if it wasn’t checked already. I decided to make this one more of a variety with different rounds and exercises. We warmed up with some arm circles and stretches, and then we ramped up the cardio with mat taps (10 reps).
The Thang – so for this Deck of Death, the face cards (J,Q,K) were 10 reps and Aces were 15. I threw in Jokers so when those came up we did 3 burpees and I think we had 3 or4 jokers over the course of the rounds.

Hearts – reverse crunches
Round 2 – Arms

Round 3 – Legs
Diamond – crockpot squats
Clubs – curtsy lunges
Spades – bear squats
Hearts – monkey humpers
Round 4 – Cardio

In between each round we ran to the stop sign and back, got some water, and kept on going. We did two times around the circle for each round with each Pax then pulling two cards per round. That brought us to 5 minutes left and we did some stretching. It had been a couple weeks since my last Q and a while since naming an FNG at a Q so our COT got discombobulated. But we got the picture in, Name o rama, naming the FNG (welcome Salty who will return home to Wilmington NC and look for a FiA group there), and then folks had dispersed before we prayed. It’s all good though! I said a fast universal prayer and called it a morning. Thanks for joining me ladies!
