Today we started with stretches. Our routine used all the walls in the middle section of the amphitheater. Each exercise had 25 reps per set for 25 days till Christmas. One exercise was performed at each wall (working our way up to top tier). We had 3 rounds of 5 different exercises and once you completed all 5 exercises, you ran a large lap around the Arena! Everyone got through all three rounds and a few got a second Round 1 finished before time ran out. Here are the rounds with exercises.
Round 1: 25 wall squats (butt touches wall), 25 step ups per leg, 25 incline push-ups, 25 toe taps per foot, 25 crunches- Run A Lap
Round 2: 25 lunges per leg (toes were against wall and we did back lunges), 25 tricep dips, 25 ploy push-ups, 25 step-up-jump down, 25 bourbons- Run A Lap
Round 3: 50 count wall sit, 25 incline Peter Parker’s, 25 run ups, 25 penguins sets
We ended with COT and names.
