The weather was wonderful tonight. The sun was setting, it wasn’t too hot, there was a breeze. It was a great last evening before the cooler fall weather comes in overnight. We did a few stretches while I explained the 7 of diamonds routine to everyone.
I had 4 cones set up similar to a baseball diamond. For the first round, we did 7 of an exercise at each cone and ran between the cones. The next round we did 14, next 21, next 28 and then started back down with 21, 14, & 7. The exercises were as follows:
We finished it much faster than I anticipated. I had previously done this routine at Foxtrot which had a much bigger diameter with more running between each cone. So I decided to do it all over again with 4 different exercises and we were able to make it all the way thru before it was time to end. The second round exercises were:
It was a little more running than we typically do at this location but it was something different with a pretty good calorie burn. We circled up for COT and nameorama before going on our way. Thanks for joining me ladies.
