2 pax showed up to The Rock tonight. It was cold and windy to start, but we were able to it in before the rain started! So, we did a couple quick warm-ups and got the thang started.

I set up the parking area like a baseball field. The idea is to count up by 7. I set up weighted exercises at first base and ab exercises at 3rd base.

There was some time left so we did ran a lap around the parking lot to loosen up our muscles.
We also did a round of overhead press sally’s!!! (My new favorite sally)
