We did the Thang Dora style.
100 reps/ sprint with 2 star jumps
Butterfly crunches, reverse crunches, squat with alternating lateral leg raise, skull crushers.
200 reps/ frog jumps or walking squats.
Rosy in and outs, cross body mountain climbers, boat to canoe or boat hold, chest flys.
We did not make it to 300 reps as I had planned because we did just about die…I mean run out of time! Thanks ladies for putting in the hard work today!
