The only thing I tweaked was the actual exercises. We warmed up with some OYO stretches while I explained the workout & also a song challenge – Black Widow (Iggy A) – Overhead Claps & Seal Claps
I set a timer for 12 min –
10 Reps of each exercise until time is up –

Rinse & Repeat for Round 2
We finished with NOR & COT.
