Happy National Dinosaur Day! We celebrated with a Dino-Sore Tabata Style Workout!
There were 10 of us total working out and Pilgrim ran and kept us in check while we did all the things.
Today being ALL about Dinosaurs – we spelled out the Word D-I-N-O-S-A-U-R and did exercises for each letter; as well as we got to check off the EMOM BINGO box for the Tabata style of 1 minute on each exercise with a 10 sec Rest in between.
D = Dino Dead Lifts
I = Imperial Stompers (Imperial Walkers)
N = Narrow Triceratops Squats (squat with a Y lift front raise)
O = Overhead Brontosaurus Stretch (Overhead Press)
S = Stegosaurus Sit-Up (laying flat on your mat, arms stretched out in front of you and then sit up)
A = Around the Pterodactyl (around the worlds)
U = UnEven T-Rex (unicycle ab exercise)
R = Raptor Run (run/walk a lap)
The weather was great this morning and starting the day with Dinosaurs AND FiA makes anything AMAZING!
