It was a dirty dozen kinda day at the Grove. We warmed up with stretches and some cardio. Then we got to work. We did each exercise for 50 seconds, followed by a 10 second rest. After 1 round through, we ran or walked a lap. We made it through 3 times, then did some abs until we were out of time. As we were praying and chatting and doing Name-o-Rama, we spotted hot air balloons. It was great to have the crew back together again at the Grove!
