Three beautiful ladies rolled out of bed this morning to join me for a LIFT workout.  I always enjoy starting my day with you.  It helps me mentally, emotionally, and physically.  We started with some stretches and then jumped in.

We did the Dirty Dozen Tabata Style.  We had 12 exercises that we did for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest.  We made it thru three times.

1. Flamingo bicep curls

2. Gun show

3. Rotator raise

4. Y raises

5. Side step squats

6. Curtsy lunge with pulse

7. Pendulums

8. Side lunges

9. Wood chops

10. Wide side crunch

11. Torso twist

12. Samurai
