Today is National Disneyland Day!! The anniversary of Disneyland. So, OF COURSE we had to celebrate!
6 PAX met up early for a prerun and prewalk and then 15 amazing PAX were together by 5:30 to start their morning together!
First a little warmup of arm circles, Michael Phelps and toy soldiers (thank you, Certified, for keeping us moving through the warmup while I explained the beatdown!!) and then we jumped into the Thang!
Today’s Thang was a Disney Song Challenge: For each song, we did 20 reps of the related exercise, ran the loop, 20 more reps, run…etc. until the song is over.

Zero to Hero – Overhead Tricep Extensions
Man or Muppet – Curtsy Lunges (sets)
There was a whole lot of singing, a whole lot of laughing, and a ton of sweat while we got through it.
Afterwards, we named our new FNG (welcome, Carbonara!!), had COT and Name-o-Rama.
