Abs & Lower body Circuits
We started out with light stretching and 2 laps to the rock.
Then moved quickly into our first circuit for lower body, followed by the circuit for abs. We were able to get in two rounds for each circuit with a run to the rock in between.
We finished earlier than I thought we would so Owlette brought out her Bag of Abs and we did two rounds. After the intense ab work we moved right into a session of Bat Wings which ended us right on time.
The PAXs stretched everything out for a minute and then we circled up for COT and prayer. Tonight we had a prayer praise! Owlette’s dad was able to cough up part of what was causing the pain, thank you God for hearing our prayer for relief.
Owlette ended ya with the upcoming announcements and we said our goodbyes.
