There were three amazing ladies that joined me on a breezy and chilly morning at the park. We stretched for the first few minutes, and then got into a warmup of 1-minute exercises: running in place, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, windmills, planks, and hip circles.
After the warmup, we were ready for Four Corners! I modified for the four of us, keeping it closer to the group and doing it altogether versus in pairs around the entire park.
There were four rotations: One was for abs, legs, arms, and back & bootie. Three exercises were in each rotation and we started with 40 of each exercise. Once completing one rotation, we would run a lap. After all four rotations, we would decrease by 10. The group completed two rounds of Four Corners. We did not have time to finish 20 and 10 of each, but we were moving!
Here are the following exercises for each corner:
