We may have been small in numbers this morning, but not in strength! These ladies were in beast mode this morning and destroyed the workout!
We did a few stretches then took a lap around the parking lot to warm up.
Dora – we partnered up and Partner A took a lap around the parking lot while partner B (and C in our case😊) started work on the below exercises. When Partner finished the lap she started on the exercises picking up where Partner B left off and Partner B took a lap. Switch and repeat until all reps of all exercises are done!
200 Bicep Curls
300 Overhead Press
400 Tricep dips or extensions
We had just enough time for 2 rounds of Aiken Legs:
Done in succession with no rest in between each exercise.
20 Lunges (total)
20 Squat Jumps
20 Squat Pulses
We ended with stretching, COT and name-o-rama.
