On a very chilly Monday morning 5 PAX, including me, Rise Up, got together and tackled the Dora Blimps workout. I know what you’re thinking…ugh! Another Dora? Yawn….but not so fast. It was fun, I got a couple of bingo squares (one for the Dora, and one for the super duper awesome Santa hat) So we started on time, but got distracted by a beautiful hawk hanging out by the swing set. We thought it was hurt, but off he flew into the sky, and back we went to the stretches and warm up. Toy Soldiers, Windmills, TTT, Jumping Jacks and Michael Phelps. In a Dora, you partner up. Partner 1 completes reps of an exercise while Partner 2 runs a lap, and the switch until ALL reps of ALL EXERCISES are completed.
50 (25/25) – Burpees and BG Sit Ups
100 – Lateral Lunges
150 – Imperial Squat Walkers
200 – Monkey Humpers
250 – Plank Jacks
300 – Squats
