We did a Dora workout where partner 1 completed 30 reps of an exercise, while partner 2 held an isometric exercise position. Then the partners switched before moving onto the next set of exercises. We ran after completing four exercises. It went something like this:

1: Partner #1 – Imperial Walkers > Partner #2 – Plank

2: Partner #1 – Around the Worlds > Partner #2 – Superman

3: Partner #1 – Squat to Overhead Press > Partner #2 – Leg Raises or Flutter Kicks

4: Partner #1 – Bentover Rows > Partner #2 – Glute Bridge

5: Partner #1 – Triceps > Partner #2 – V-sit or Half BGS

6: Partner #1 – Biceps > Partner #2 – Side Planks

We made it through the workouts two times, and then we ended with a bingo box exercise of 100 Wood Chops & 100 Indian Style LBCs.

We finished up with a COT with a prayer led by Falls. Thanks for meeting me for a great workout ladies!
