I was so excited for our FNG, Tex Mex, to join us for a beatdown at the Rock. It was a perfectly, hot day for a newbie beatdown.

150 Curtsey Lunges
200 Lateral Dips
250 Sumo Squats
For each exercise, one partner performs the exercise while the other partner runs/walks a lap. Once the specified number of reps are reached, move to the next.
We each took turns rolling the dice with a specific exercise.
We finished with a cool down, COT and NameORama. We named our FNG, Tex Mex, who’s from Texas and loves Mexican food!! Welcome to the Rock, Tex Mex!
