It stormed like crazy a couple of hours before the beat down so I kind of expected a smaller crew. I was so thankful Cooke Monster & Namaste showed up to hang out with Dora and Sally. For warm up we did a few torso twists, stretches, and jumping jacks before jumping into the workout.
We paired up (with the 3rd person alternating with the run & exercise)
100 bicep curls
300 sumo squats
One person did the exercise while the other ran the small loop before switching off and picking up on the number the other person left off at.
Then we did Sally – Tricep edition
On to the next Dora:
100 front raises
200 Russian twists sets
300 standing side leg raises (total)
We had time for one more round of Sally – this time overhead press edition.
We circled up for COT and prayer requests for my dad as he has another heart surgery next week. We also prayed for Cookie Monster as she has a job interview coming up. We finished with prayer for Namaste as she tries helping her kids with digital learning as well as working and all the other many things a mom has to do.
