09/20/2021 - rock - Dora small but mighty

BackBlast:

It was a rainy day all through the county

and everyone was gone for fall break making everyone still here pouty.

So we came together to knock out some Monday blues

with a little Dora and her good news.

We partnered up with those that were here

and and put on our smiley face with good cheer.

100 squats

200 arm raises (side and front)

300 LBCs

walked a lap

 

100 donkey kick sets

200 upright rows

300 flutter kick sets

Came back together for some stretches and conversation. I am so happy the weather is cooling off and I get to spend time with you all. 😃
