It was great to be back at The Arena Qing THIRTEEN beautiful ladies!
We warmed up with a lap before partnering up for our Dora Tabata…
5 minute rounds-
1. Bent over rows w/ a kickback
2. Squat w/ a kickback
3. Plank jacks
*Song Challenge- Hold a squat for duration of the song then Raggedy Ann’s for the hook.
4. Bicep Curl w/ an OHP
5. Squat w/ a front kick (we skipped this due to time)
6. Leg lifts w/ Rosalita’s
*PAX #1 ran a lap while PAX #2 did AMRAP of the exercise then they switched.
We finished with Name O Rama & & COT where we welcomed our FNG, Rocky Top!
it was great to see some familiar faces & looking forward to getting to know the new ones! 🤗
