It was an absolutely GORGEOUS morning for 10 PAX to get together at The Thicket for some adventures with Dora! And Twerk’s daughter joined us for the first time to join the ranks of amazing FiA ladies, too!
After a little warmup time with some arm circles, Michael Phelps, and toy soldiers, we paired up with a partner and jumped right into the thang!
Partner 1 ran the small loop around the playground while Partner 2 started the reps. Partner 1 picked up where Partner 2 left off, while Partner 1 ran.
100 Mountain Climbers (sets)
300 Narrow Squats with Kickbacks (total)
100 Reverse Lunges (Total)
200 Shoulder Taps (Total)
300 Bicep Curls
Those who finished first ran the big loop around The Thicket while everyone caught up.
Then 2 Rounds of an Ab workout:
25 Russian Twists (sets)
25 V Ups
25 Imperial Squat Walkers (sets)
25 Hillbillies (sets)
After The Thang, we took a few minutes to cool down and then named our new FNG (Cheer Bear!)
Followed by COT and name-o-Rama!
