Today was my VQ! I had so much fun getting to lead these amazing ladies in our workout today.
The Deck of Death was made up of Narwhals (Hearts), Shoulder Taps (Clubs), Big Girls Situps (Diamonds) and Tricep Extensions (Spades). Everything was done in sets. Everyone got a card from the deck and then we went around to everyone and did the workout and number on the card. 1-10 were normal. Aces were 11, Jacks were 12, Queens were 13, Kings were 14 and Jokers were 5 of each workout. After every four cards, we ran a lap.
When the workout was over, we had ended up doing 119 tricep extension sets, 90 Big Girl Situps, 96 Shoulder Tap Sets, 119 Narwhal Sets and ran about 2 miles!
You ladies absolutely killed it! Thank you so much for coming!!!!
