What a beautiful day for a beatdown! 5 ladies joined me for a sesh of duck duck burpee (stolen from Seinfeld, thanks!) This one was fun but we didn’t get to finish! Next time I try this I will have two ladies running the circle at a time so we can be such to get all the exercises in. Basically we started in a circle with our mats and at the top of the list, one Pax did a burpee and ran the outside of the circle while the others completed as many reps of the first exercise, when all ladies had a chance to burpee and run then we all moved on to the next exercise. We got down to Russian Twists (14) before we wrapped up the beatdown with Sally.
