Earth Day 2021 at AO Foxtrot 

We had 7 ladies at the 5:30 AM beat-down on this very chill for April morning. The temps had dipped back down a bit and we were all bundled up. There were a few grumbles about the cold from the other ladies but most of them came from me. I cant wait till its warm and hot for the summer.

• WARM-UPS – Toy soldiers 10IC – TTT 10IC – Deconstructed Burpees – (45 sec of each – Boot Strappers, Push-Ups & Bobby Hurley’s) Fun new warm up!! I love it. Come to one of my workout soon to do it with me.

 

• THE THANG  – Earth Day Dora’s

300 Bicycles Sets –

300 Everest (100 mountain climbers is 1 Everest, we did 3 Everest’s)

 

We Finished the both Dora’s and had enough time to run to our last PAX coming around the outside of the loop that we ran while we did our Dora’s. She greeted us with a smile, open arms as we turned and all ran in together to finish off our beat-down. We had 2 minutes of stretching and a few laughs to hit 45 minutes. I was chilly at the beginning but I sure warmed up fast. I am still looking forward to the warmer weather. Happy Earth Day.
