This was my first frigid beatdown in a while so I layered up and met 5 beautiful ladies at The Lair for an 11’s beatdown. After a quick warm up we got started moving to stay warm.
Round one – Sit ups at our mats and jumping jacks at the top of the stairs
Round two – Push ups at our mats and squat jumps (or squats) at the flag pole
We finished up with a bag of abs: 19 of each since it was October 19th – Flutterkicks, LBC’s, Russian Twists, In & Outs, Unicycles and Reverse Crunches. We got in over 2 miles, finished right on time and even had to shed some layers. Circled up for COT and NOR. As always, wonderful starting my day with FiA…even in the cold!
