It was a cool but nice Monday morning for a beatdown. It ended up just being 2 of us but we made the most of it.

Warm Up – 5 mins – 30 seconds each – Repeat 2X: Arm Circles, Michael Phelps, TTT, Plank Down Dog, Inchworm Walkout, Rest

EMOM – Repeat x 3

1 – Push Up – 15

2 – Bourbons – 15

3 – Reciprocating Rows – 25

4 – Reverse Lunges + Curl – 16

5 – Deadlifts – 20

6 – Hip Bridge Chest Press – 15

7 – Squat Thrust – 15

8 – Donkey Kicks – 15 (each side) 

9 – Plank – 1 min

Take a lap in between each round.

We finished with a prayer and names.
