Man was it good to be back! I’m 3 weeks out from surgery so I planned a workout I knew could be easily modified. With an EMOM, you can do 3, 30 or 100 of whatever in that minute, so that’s what we did.

THE THANG:

8 minute EMOM, 3 rounds, walk/run 2 laps around the grassy area in between.

Round 1: Narrow Squats, Bicep Curls, Curtsy Lunges, BGS, Chest Flies, Fire Hydrants, Penguins, Merkins

Round 2: Bent Rows, Bridge Match, Rainbows, LBCs, Chest Press, Triceo Extensions, Hillbillies, Side Lunges

Round 3: Rotator Curls, Plié Squats, Donkey Kicks, Rosalitas, OHP, Calf Raises, Deadlifts, Raggedy Anns
