We checked a bingo box off with a EMOM workout. We did 2 different 6 minute sets 3 times each. We ended wit COT and names.
The Workout:
Set 1:
Minute 1: 20 jump squats
Minute 2: 40 jumping jacks
Minute 3: 10 push-ups
Minute 4: 20 in-outs
Minute 5: High knees for 30 sec.
Minute 6: mtn. Climbers – 30 sec.
Set 2:
Minute 1: reverse lunge with knee drive left leg – x12
Minute 2: reverse lunge with knee drive right leg – x12
Minute 3: body weight squats -x20
Minute 4: side plank left – 30 sec.
Minute 5: side plank right – 30 sec.
Minute 6: wall sit – 60 sec.
1 minute rest between sets. We alternated between the sets and ended right on time! Thank you ladies for joining me today!
