Winter break caused a small but mighty crowd at The Union this morning.
We warmed up with a lap around the parking lot and then go to work!
4 Corners Escalator
This is very similar to Four Corners except you build on the previous corner’s exercise.
Corner1 – 10 Burpees run to Corner 2
Corner 2 – 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins, run to corner 3
Corner 3 – 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins, 30 Squats, run to Corner 4
Corner 4 – 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins, 30 Squats, 40 Bicep Curls
Lap around the parking lot then start over going back down the escalator.
We finished with enough time to take one last lap around the parking lot and circle up for COT and Name-o-rama.
