I am so grateful for the 3 PAX that came out with me despite the nasty weather. It wasn’t just cold or rainy… it was both!! We warmed up under pavilion & that’s where we stayed! So unfortunately no running for us 🙁

THE THANG:

I was having a little writers block this morning so I came with an empty white board hoping these ladies would help me out & that they did! As each PAX took turns adding an exercise to our “steps” as we went through the workout.

We started out with 5 reps of each exercise as we went up the escalator then 10 reps back down but only made it about half way before time ran out. Before coming back down we paused for some cardio – 2 song challenges… Get Low (DJ Snake) Moroccan Night Clubs throughout & Lower/pulse squats for the hook, and Krazy (Pit Bull) – Seal/JJacks for the Krazy hook/OYO stretching (which is a much needed break!!)

The escalator exercises were as follows –

  1. Overhead Press
  2. Curtsey Lunges (sets)
  3. Russian Twists (sets)
  4. Tricep Extensions
  5. Sumo Squats
  6. Pretzel Crunches
  7. Hammer Curls
  8. Donkey Kicks (sets)
  9. Leg Lift w/ a Rosalita
