Five other PAX joined me this morning to check off a bingo box – Every Minute on the Minute.
Warm up – arm circles, Michael Phelps, and Through the tunnels on our own counts.
First 10 minutes were Burpees – yep – that is how we started!
Minute 1 – one burpee and then we took turns filling in the remainder of time with another exercise called out.
Minute 2 – two burpees and filler
Minute 3 – 10 – same as before, just more burpees and less filler!
For the rest of the time, we continued with the following exercises and calling out our preferred filler exercises:
Minutes 1-3 – 10 pushups
Minutes 4-6 – 10 jump squats
Minutes 7-9 – 15 bicycles
Minutes 10-12 – 15 jumping jacks
Minutes 13-15- 10 side planks with dip – left side
Minutes 16-18 – 10 side planks with dip – right side
Minutes 19-21 – 20 mountain climbers
Minutes 22-24 – glute bridges
Minutes 25-27 – 10 tricep pushups
Minutes 28-30 – 20 high knees
Minutes 31-33 – 20 plank up downs
Ended with a few stretches and then circled up for a picture, prayer and names. Have a great day ladies!
