Today I gave everyone a chance to see what it’s like to Q. After a little warm up, we each took turns choosing two exercises for 10 reps each. After each person we ran a lap. Everyone did a great job making sure we worked out our whole bodies.
then we divided into pairs and played Rock, Paper, Scissors. The loser did a plank while the winner did any exercise of choice for a count of 10.
