Boy did I need that!! I love my Southside girls!! *Four of them to be exact 🙂 joined me for what I think is the most glorious weather to workout in..slightly rainy & not too humid! Perfect!!
We started off with a quick lap around the playground before jumping right into THE THANG:

Everything we did today was in a Cadence count (10)…
ROUND 1 -warm up w/ Cadence Kicks
3.Sumo Squat w/Curtsy Lunges
4.Ft/Side Lateral Raises
ROUND 2 -warm up w/Cadence Kicks
1.(Alt optional) Tricep Kickbacks
2.Lean Back Canoes
3.Narrow Squat w/ a Kickback
4.(Alt optional) Overhead Press
5.Bourbons (that turned into BGS..lol)

We were able to go through this 2 whole times with no time to spare! So I reminded everyone to stretch this evening before bed to get those kinks out!! Wrapped our day up with COT & Name 0 Rama.
