13 Pax made it out this chilly Tuesday morning for a Triple Check beatdown. I had not worked out since last week at The Den, so I needed a proper butt kicking workout today. Sorry not sorry ladies!
We warmed up with neck and arm circles, Michael Phelps, body stretches, TTT and toy soldiers IC.
For this workout all Pax broke up into groups of 3 and got to work ~
- One pax ran to the island and back, while 1 did inchworms and the other did monkey humpers. When the runner came back, everyone rotates. All pax do all 3 exercises 3x each.
- Jump squats / Russian twists / power skip
- Hillbillies / curtsy lunges / run
- Squat press / BGSUs / run (my plan was to do power skips again here, but I felt merciful)
We finished just in time for CoT. We prayed for healing. So much healing is needed.
