BackBlast:

Thanks to all the lovely ladies who came out this morning to move a bit, have some fun, and warm up since the chilly temps of early Spring returned. We met up on the stage because it was somewhat warmer, less windy, and the perfect set for today’s game of BINGO!

Warm up – arm circles, Michael Phelps, Imperial Walkers and Through the Tunnels (in cadence).

Then we started The Thang:

Each PAX took turns rolling 3 dice – one for the letter, one for the number, and one for the number of reps. After three exercises, we would run a lap. As we worked through the exercises, we would remove the completed exercises with the hopes of finishing the entire board. Number of possible reps – 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and pick your own.

We ended with a nice long stretching session because the ladies brought it today and we finished the ENTIRE board with three minutes to spare! We had a prayer, name-o-rama and a quick picture. Enjoyed starting my morning off with this group!
