8 beautiful ladies rolled out of their bed to show up at the hideout this week after a preblast  quote “Failure is not the opposite of success. It is a part of success.” Nobody was a failure Tuesday since we were all there and doing this together…

Warmup

30 seconds:
Toy soldiers, Alt Toe Touches, Alt Knee Tucks, Alt Knee lift with hip turnout, Alt Lunges with torso twist, Gorilla twists slowly stand, Michael Phelps

15 secs:

Fwd arm circles small-big, BKWD arm circles small-big. Butt Kicks, High knees, JJ

The Thang

Start by doing option A then when you can’t anymore go into 10 reps of option B then choose a” in between option (hold plank, wall or chair until everyone finishes then go to next sweet)

A= Do until failure/cant anymore

B= 10 Reps

“In between options” (can choose any each time ie. rotate them or do the same one after every set)

15 kettlebell swings

10 bear squats

A- Bicep curls

B- hammer curls

 

A- overhead ext

B- kickbacks

 

A-Calf Raises

B- Calf Raise hops

 

A- reverse fly

B- push-ups

 

A- shoulder shrugs

B- front raises

 

A- Low Squat pulses

B- goblet plié Squat

 

A- bent over rows

B- renegade rows

 

A- Crunches

B- big Girl sit-ups

 

COT and Nameorama then off to start the day
