3 beautiful ladies met up with me today for a little ad hoc beatdown fun! According to the Google Monster, today is Feast of the Ass Day (it celebrates all of the donkeys in the bible…no joke!)…so, what’s a Q to do besides make a Playlist with all songs about booties and “work it” around that?? 😁

We got almost 2 miles in this and a ton of booty and ab work!
