In true Southern Charm fashion, I was late to my Q this morning. It’s been a minute since I Q’d and I was sitting at home thinking that I had 20 minutes to get to the Hideout today… Well I forgot that beatdowns start at 5:30 not 6:00. Thank goodness Raptor was my Co-Q and I live 3 minutes from the Hideout. Raptor started the warmup while I came in on 2 wheels!
I love the FiA Olympics and was so happy to have 5 beautiful ladies join me this morning. Once I collected myself, we got started on our events!
Timed Wall Sit – Hat Trick 7:06 minutes
Twisted Foot – Tiny Dancer killed it twice!!
3 minute Forggers – Hat Trick 77
Camera Hot Potato – Royale came home with the Gold!
5 Minute Sit Ups – Hat Trick 82 (she definitely earned her name today!!)
Cookie Roll – Tiny Dance got the skillz to pay the billz!
5 Minute Burpees (we were all groaning at this point) – Tiny Dancer 63!!!
After we finished all of our events, it was time to hand out medals! I made medals last year too and wanted to keep the tradition going, so I got my craft on last night.
