Three total this morning – the morning after Halloween and the World Series – I was glad to have the company!
We started with a quick warm up of arm circles, toy soldiers and through the tunnels in cadence.
Everything was body weight today, no weights needed. We completed a ladder starting at 10 and ending at 100.
10 hand release merkins
20 burpees
30 side lunges (per side)
40 merkins
50 big girl situps
60 V sit in and outs
70 basketball shooting (shoot the ball into the hoop – or jump squats)
80 russian twists
90 flutter kicks
100 jumping jacks
We had some time left so we took a lap together and then called out several more abs or leg exercises. Bourbons, bear squats, single leg lifts and two others that my brain cannot recall were completed. We took the final five minutes to stretch.
