Every time a point is scored, the flag resets to middle field. We workout in between every point is scored!
1-10 Monkey Humpers, Donkey Kicks, Glute Bridges, Narrow Squats, Penguins, Bicep Curls, Lil Baby Crunches, Hillbillies, skull-crushers, Russian twists.
Walk a large lap and repeat!
Today, we tuned in with our inner child and played tag! It was such a joy to hear these ladies giggle and compete. We had a blast and I’m so blessed to see these ladies twice a week!
