We did a whole body workout by flipping a coin for National flip a coin day. I also took the challenge of “no whiteboard required” by creating a workout in my head but not writing it on the board. It kept people guessing at what was going to be next. Everything we did was to a count of 25 or 25 sets/reps.
First we warmed up with through the tunnels, toy soldiers, and jumping jacks.
Everyone got their own coin to flip. Do the exercises according to what you flip.
Starting with legs, we did three sets.
bear squats/regular squats,
wall sit/#4 squats,
Run or walk a lap
Bicep curls/tricep ext
Overhead press/upright rows
Wide arm pushups/diamond pushups
Donkey kicks/fire hydrant
Plank jacks/mountain climbers
Lap and stretch
We circled up, did our names and ended with prayer. I would say the challenge was quite successful considering I was feeling it at the end of the day. The upside to having a whiteboard is you remember everything you did, the downside is that I forgot two of the exercises we did. Ha ha
