4 PAX showed up at the Union on a morning that set the tone for the week of Halloween. The fog was so thick we were wet by the time the beatdown was over.
We did a quick warm up of arm circles, windmills, and then some hip openers before getting started.
Each exercise is done until one PAX reaches 100 reps. At that point, they call it, and we all run a loop before moving to the Bret exercise.
100 Jumping Jacks
100 Sumo Squat to Overhead Press
100 Big Girl Sit Ups
100 Reverse Lunges with Bicep Curl
100 Shoulder Taps
100 Flutter Kicks
We didn’t have time to do our last exercise (Pop Jacks) so we did London Bridge instead!
