9 PAX joined me for a spooky, rainy Halloween Beatdown. I love the costume effort made, ladies!
We turned on some spooky tunes and started warming up. We started with some Mummy moves. Then did Frankenstein walks, Bat Wings, Witch Stirs, Creepy Crawlers, and Black cat stretches.
Once we were warm, we let the shuffle take control of our workout. It was raining, so cardio was limited to under the new pavilion at Foxtrot. We partnered up. One partner completed numbered reps. The other partner did the cardio move until they could switch. Partners switched back and forth until the song was over.

Thankfully time ran out before we had to do TOO many rounds of Burpees!
We circled up for a prayer and COT and ran out into the rain to get our kiddos off to school. I hope everyone had a wonderful Halloween!
