Footloose themed workout with Straight Shooter and Foster.  We started off with a Footloose music dance challenge.  We danced (front kicks) until the song said “Footloose” then did star jumps.  Got our cardio in right up front!

Intended to do 2 minutes for each exercise but after 2 minutes of overhead press we decided to go down to 1 minute each.

We did bicep curls, on the wall abs, on the wall push ups, Triceps, goblet squats, hammer curls, sumo squats, bicycles, elevated calf raises and toe taps. We also lunged from 1 breezeway to the next and back.   We ran a big lap and repeated all exercises 10 reps each.  Ended with stretches and prayed for all those in the path of the hurricane.
